Official guidelines governing voluntary seva contributions, receipts, and user agreements for Shree Geeta Gaushala Paramarth Sansthan.
1. Seva Fund Allocation & Transparency
Shree Geeta Gaushala Paramarth Sansthan (AWBI Reg: ASO152/2019, Trust PAN: AAKTS999J) ensures that 100% of devotee contributions are utilized strictly for the welfare of sheltered cows.
Every rupee donated is directly deployed towards green fodder harvesting, nutritious cattle feeds, veterinary surgical medicines, 24/7 ambulance fuel and maintenance, and emergency rescue operations in Jorhat, Assam.
2. Donation & Reconciliation Terms
All donations made to Shree Geeta Gaushala Paramarth Sansthan are voluntary spiritual offerings. In the rare event of a technical duplicate transaction during online payment, the donor may contact our helpline at +91 9435090285 or email care@shreegeetagaushala.org within 3 business days with the payment reference ID for prompt reconciliation.
3. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This digital platform is operated under the non-profit trust regulations of the State of Assam, India. Any legal queries or disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in Jorhat, Assam.
